in good vintage condition -- there is some very faint color bleed between where the ribbon is sewn on, but otherwise in excellent condition. snap on Button closure and ribbon tie. fits around neck circumference 12.5 inches, but if you remove or just opt not to use the snap on button, then you can fit a larger neck. circa late 40s to 1950s.
